Care is provided in various settings including: the family home, the nursing home, the local hospital; the EllenorLions Hospice in Northfleet, and the EllenorLions Centre in Dartford (for Counselling and Family Support).

Personal preferences for place of care will be upheld whenever possible.

In all cases, staff work closely with patient and family, together with our colleagues from health and social services, to help find the right place.
