£30,079 to £35,891 per annum

Details:

Due to increasing referral rates and demand for our specialist palliative care services in the home, we are looking to recruit additional experienced staff. Full time preferred but part time will be considere. Applications for a Trainee role also considred.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic registered nurse, with both palliative care and community experience, to join the Specialist Palliative Hospice at Home team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience at a more senior level, and have the opportunity to participate in service and staff development to provide the best quality care to patients and families in their own homes as your experience and skills develop.

As an autonomous practitioner, you must be able to demonstrate the ability to support and develop members across the multidisciplinary team involved in delivering holistic care to patients and their families. You will need commitment and drive, excellent communication and clinical skills and a flexible, adaptable and innovative approach.

The service operates 7 day working with an on call service in the evening, so participation in the 7 day rota and on call is essential.

We offer a supportive environment in which to work, with professional development opportunities as appropriate, as well as regular clinical supervision. Existing NHS Pension scheme members can transfer their pension.
