Chaplaincy

Our Chaplains provide sensitive support for patients and their carers, making no assumptions about personal convictions or life choices. They are available for people of all faiths, or none. The Chaplains will contact other religious leaders when requested by a patient or their carer.

There is a chapel available at the EllenorLions Centre in Dartford, which people may use for quiet prayer or contemplation.

The chapel at the EllenorLions Hospice in Northfleet may be used for short services at the request of patients or their carers, or services may be held at a bedside. Holy Communion is offered every Sunday and on other occasions by arrangement with the chaplains.

Prayers and Communion can be held in the patient?s home if desired.
